Job Title: MSAT Scientist Location: Portsmouth, NH Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Temporary Position Work Type: Onsite Summary We are seeking a Process Data Collection Specialist to support critical manufacturing data collection activities at our Portsmouth site. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Data Process Specialists to ensure accurate and compliant manufacturing data management within a regulated GMP environment. This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing operations. The position requires strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment. Responsibilities Collect, transcribe, and verify manufacturing process data from paper batch records Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GMP standards Identify and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with manufacturing and support teams Manage assigned workload independently while meeting demanding timelines Perform hands-on activities within cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments Collaborate effectively with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and other Data Process Specialists Maintain high-quality documentation practices and adherence to standard operating procedures Required Qualifications&Skills Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Laboratory Science or a related field Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision after onboarding and training Comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-critical tasks under timeline pressure Willingness to spend significant time standing and working in cleanroom environments Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and quality-first mindset Strong organizational and communication skills Interest in long-term career growth within the organization Preferred Candidate Profile Early-career professionals interested in gaining experience in a regulated GMP manufacturing environment Candidates who demonstrate long-term potential and organizational fit Individuals who thrive in structured, process-driven environment .
