Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, records management, and general ledger maintenance
Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations
Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements
Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities
Manage accounts payable and purchasing functions
Ensure accuracy in financial reporting through quality control procedures
Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and planning
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
Salary Range:
$85,000 – $90,000 annually
