Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 Duration: 03 Months
Job Summary: Under general supervision, test, inspect, troubleshoot, rework, and repair product or related subassemblies to written and/or oral specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. Responsible for meeting quality, efficiency, and safety requirements and standards. Operate, test, calibrate, and repair production equipment, products, and related subassemblies as required per specifications and document results with operations and engineering.Read and interpret schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machines. Ensure that design, implementation, test, and maintenance methods/processes are developed, as well as executed in a manner which supports all company Quality Standards. Perform root cause investigations on systems/subassemblies using basic troubleshooting techniques.Participate in daily management board activities. Comply with 6S standards. Conduct inventory transactions. Report failures via NCE process. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work in a controlled Clean Room or Dark Room (if applicable). Understand and comply with all work safety rules, regulations, and GMP guidelines.Work on special projects as requested. Ability to work overtime to meet production schedules as needed.
