Supporting deskside users onsite, range of users from no tech to office-like tech abilities. Expect manufacturers to have no abilities at all. There will be the support of software. No breakfix, will work on Dell and some zebra printers - must know basics of how printers work.What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Customer service, ability to diagnose software elements (MS Office products). Must be independent and a self-starter What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F 8a-5p, 1 hr lunch.
