Summary:

As part of the global consumer insights team (GC), this role will help develop a new go-to-market insights capability within global consumer insights, partnering with our product marketing (PMM) org. the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer-centricity who understands the importance of consumer insights and how they can play a strategic role in organizations, and a passion for insight capability building.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across GCI, PMM and markets to develop turnkey insights solutions/methodologies across value prop naming, claims evaluation, marketing comms, post-launch feedback/social listening.

Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements, put together a project plan to develop turnkey evaluation solutions across high priority strategic initiatives.

Partner with third party vendors/internal research ops to put insights generation and evaluation solutions in place so they are ‘plug and play’ for members of GCI to leverage.

Proactively identify ai solutions that fit within agile research to gain relevant insights for quick-turn research.

Execute go-to-market (GTM) insights research, partnering closely with PMM and GCI partners.

Synthesize research findings to provide partner teams with objective, comprehensive consumer insights and actionable recommendations.

Build strong relationships with PMM and other cross-functional teams to deliver impact.

Proactively recommend new and innovative market research methodologies, tools, and platforms to address business needs.

 

Job Requirements:

8+ years of research and industry experience, with a proven track record of establishing successful new insights capabilities.

Proficient in agile qualitative and quantitative research techniques.

Experience in leveraging ai as a cutting-edge tool for insight generation and evaluation.

Knowledge of how to leverage social listening as a tool for post-launch feedback.

Ability to design research studies, write questionnaires, develop sampling plans and conduct research programs.

Ability to articulate and translate data/insights into compelling, actionable recommendations.

Detail oriented, can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

 

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $58.15/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
