Description:

• Lead technical projects within an engineering team.

• Contribute to the design and coding of products.

• Ensure software meets extensibility, security, scalability, and reliability standards.

• Drive technical decision-making and lead conversations with other teams.

• Coach junior team members and delegate projects for skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope and lead technical projects.

• Contribute to the design and coding of software products.

• Ensure software reliability and adherence to SLAs.

• Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making.

• Mentor junior engineers and delegate tasks for growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience implementing complex software projects in various environments.

• Significant experience designing impactful systems.

• Experience with at least one cloud provider.

• Skilled in gathering and synthesizing user feedback.

• Effective in giving and receiving constructive feedback.

• Work well across functions and trusted by colleagues.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces.
