Autoclave Validation Engineer, New York

Job Description:

The responsibility of this person will be to focus on cycle development for autoclaves and helping author some procedures, by offering some protocols to execute. This person will be working through CAPAs and supporting ongoing CAPAs. On a daily basis, this person will be developing robust programs for autoclaves and parts washers, work on procedures and protocols for cycle development, execute protocols on the floor.

Responsibilities:

Cycle Development: Focus on developing cycles for autoclaves and parts washers.

Procedure Authoring: Help author procedures and offer protocols of execution.

Protocol Execution: Be on the floor executing protocols.

CAPA support: Work through and support ongoing CAPAs.

Parts preparation: Develop and execute protocols for parts prep autoclave

On a daily basis, this person will be developing robust programs for autoclaves and parts washers, work on procedures and protocols for cycle development, execute protocols on the floor.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in autoclave development.

Experience with parts washer cycle development.

Strong understanding of CAPAs.

Excellent procedure authoring and protocol execution skills.

Ability to develop robust programs for autoclaves and part washers.

Parts prep for autoclaves.

Nice to have:

Valgensis experience would be great to have but not a must.
