Beloform is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager to oversee and coordinate daily office operations in our New York location. This role is pivotal to maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment and supporting our leadership team in achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office

Supervise and support office staff, vendors, and external service providers

Organize internal meetings, maintain office supplies, and coordinate facility maintenance

Assist with onboarding of new employees and ensure office compliance with company policies

Monitor and manage budgets, invoicing, and office-related expenses

Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications

Maintain records, documentation, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments as needed
