Sales Operations Coordinator, New York

JOB TITLE: Sales Operations Coordinator - PART-TIME

LOCATION: REMOTE

DURATION: 5 months

PAY RANGE: $20-$23/hr

Duties:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Contractor to provide sales rep troubleshooting, administrative and data entry support on an ongoign basis. This role will support critical operational tasks within Salesforce and a ticketing system, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation and smooth team operations. Given the access level to sensitive revenue fields, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

" Perform lender reconciliation uploads and assign appropriate sales rep attribution (approximately 2 hours per week).

" Triage Sales Rep troubleshooting requests (3-5 hours per week).

" Assit with monthly reconciliation and changeover processes (8 hours, with an option to flex up to 15 hours during the first four business days of the month).

" Handle new hire setup and onboarding (2 hours per month, depending on hiring schedules).

Skills:

" Experience with Salesforce, including managing revenue fields or similar sensitive data.

" Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile data accurately.

" Administrative or operational background, with familiarity in data entry and reporting.

" Quick learner, comfortable with limited training and ramp-up time.

" Experience with supporting a Sales Team is a plus.
