Project Designer/Structural Engineering, New York

We are currently for a Structural Engineer/Project Designer with our client in NYC. This is a tremendous opportunity for an up and coming Structural Engineer with 2-5 years experience in the industry.

Performs building fac'ade and garage evaluations that would include:

General Garage and/or fac'ade assessments to include mechanical sounding and visual observations

Parking structure inspections to meet LL126/PIPS Ability to become a QPSI preferred

Fac'ade assessments to meet LL1/FISP Ability to become a QEWI preferred

" Prepares reports based on findings discovered during an assessment

Prelim prep of docs

Perform Construction Administration services during repairs to assure conformance with repair documents. This may require working at height.
