Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients in a nursing home setting

Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions

Develop and update individualized treatment plans

Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation

Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

Active State Medical License (NY preferred)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
