Description Responsibilities - Provide strategic direction and tactical delivery of procurement activities and sourcing projects across Facilities Management, Facilities Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, and related operational service categories. - Lead global and regional sourcing strategies focused on cost optimization, operational efficiency, service quality, supplier governance, and risk mitigation. - Develop and implement category strategies and sourcing roadmaps aligned with global and regional business objectives through collaboration, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement. - Lead complex RFPs, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, contract strategy, and supplier consolidation initiatives across Facilities Management, Facilities Construction, and Manufacturing categories. - Own strategic supplier relationships and drive executive-level supplier governance with key global and regional partners. - Partner closely with stakeholders across Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure alignment with operational and business priorities. - Negotiate commercial terms and contractual agreements together with Legal while protecting brand reputation, operational continuity, and mitigating supplier and operational risks. - Support and lead transformation initiatives, including IFM implementations, operational optimization programs, supplier consolidation, and procurement governance improvements. - Manage regional and global spend portfolios, including oversight of spend analytics, PO compliance, payment term adoption, savings tracking, and working capital initiatives. - Define and monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, governance models, and performance management frameworks to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement. - Support Capex projects, plant operations, maintenance programs, utilities, engineering services, workplace services, MRO, and manufacturing support activities. - Continuously monitor external market conditions, supplier capabilities, inflationary impacts, and industry trends to identify innovation and cost-saving opportunities. - Develop and implement supplier risk mitigation strategies and operational governance frameworks within assigned categories. - Utilize procurement systems, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing activities, supplier performance, operational efficiencies, and reporting capabilities. - Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure Procurement and business objectives are aligned and delivered according to sourcing strategies and operational priorities. - Drive sustainability initiatives and support operational efficiency improvements across Facilities and Manufacturing operations. - Represent the Procurement organization as a strategic business partner and ambassador of procurement best practices. - Mentor and support procurement team members while promoting strategic sourcing capabilities and continuous development. Qualifications - Professional procurement certification (e.g. CIPS) preferred but not essential. - 8 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement, Facilities Management, Facilities Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, or operational services categories within a regional or global organization. - Strong knowledge of Facilities Management operating models, including Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), hard services, soft services, maintenance, utilities, workplace services, and supplier governance frameworks. - Experience supporting Facilities Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering services, Capex projects, MRO, plant operations, and manufacturing support categories. - Experience leading sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, contract management, and procurement transformation initiatives. - Proven ability to manage strategic supplier relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across regions. - Strong analytical and financial acumen, including spend analysis, savings tracking, budgeting, cost optimization, and working capital initiatives. - Experience managing supplier governance programs, KPI/SLA frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. - High level of interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective sourcing and operational solutions. - Experience working in highly matrixed and multicultural organizations across regional and global environments. - Knowledge of procurement systems and tools such as SAP, SAP/Ariba, SpendHQ, or similar platforms. - Advanced data analysis capabilities. - Strong understanding of procurement governance, legal contracting principles, compliance requirements, and operational risk management. - Ability to support change management initiatives and procurement transformation programs.
