Salary: $80,000 to $165,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time Location: Woodside, NY 11377 Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs in a professional and engaging manner. Communicate clearly to understand customer concerns and provide accurate service recommendations. Prepare and process detailed repair orders timely and accurately. Maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and communication.Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a high-volume dealership is preferred but not required. Strong passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
