Seasonal Administrative Support 1, reports to the Grower Relations department and oversees the collection, accuracy, reporting and distribution of daily grape information. During our high-volume peak season, it is difficult to accommodate any extended time off. Essential Functions Filing of weight certificates for all facilities.Auditing of Grower Remittances, for payment. Auditing of weekly loads of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Other Functions As needed - Auditing of Ripon Daily load edit. Scheduling Support as needed. Support updating and emailing of Allied Grape Growers Spreadsheet. Answering / returning phone calls and emails.Provide clerical and administrative support to staff as needed. Qualifications Ability to multi-task, adapt/respond in an environment of constant change. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Organizational skills. Attention to detail, accuracy in both numerical and written. Demonstrate reliable attendance. Computer skills. Support and model all company procedures and policies.
