We’re looking for high-performing service technicians who take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and a great customer experience.This is not an entry-level role. What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential systems in your trade in occupied homes

Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair options professionally

Complete work safely, to code, and with strong jobsite cleanliness

Coordinate with dispatch and the team to deliver reliable, 5-star service

Maintain a professional vehicle and jobsite standard

Requirements (to be considered)

2+ years of residential service experience (running calls in occupied homes)

Licensed OR testready (eligible to sit for your state exam within 90 days; varies by trade/state)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in

attics/crawlspaces/ladders

Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to pass background and drug screening (as required by employer)
