Logistics Coordinator, Texas

Our client, a dynamic logistics company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the operations department supporting various logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and effective time management abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: $13.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Provide general office assistance, including receptionist duties, filing, typing, and correspondence.

Support office logistics coordinators on a variety of duties.

Operate office equipment, including calculators, personal computers, and labeling systems.

Interact with warehouse personnel, FTZ clientele, and tenants to ensure optimal service levels.

Maintain accurate records and assist with various clerical tasks as needed.

What's Needed?

High school diploma preferred or GED.

A minimum of three years previous clerical experience required.

Valid Texas Driver’s license required.

Proficiency with computers and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Bilingual English-Spanish ability preferred.
