Position Overview:
As a Paralegal / Legal Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and legal support to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of cases. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the attorney with document review and preparation
• Conducting legal research using various resources
• Managing, organizing, and tracking case files
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances
• E-filing pleadings through applicable databases
• Proofreading legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Managing a high volume of email communication and correspondence
