Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative Production Operations
Be the connection that keeps production moving.
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to link between customers, sales, and productionensuring orders are accurate, schedules stay on track, and customers stay informed.
You will help identify product issues and work with customers to provide solutions or replacement parts.

Hourly Rate and Schedule:
$***** - $***** per hour, based on experience
Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (start/end time may vary based on coverage and business needs)
What You'll Do:
Manage and track customer orders from start to finish
Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and production teams
Resolve order issues and keep everything running smoothly
Support forecasting and continuous improvement efforts
Help identify product issues and work with customers to provide solutions or replacement parts
Perform all other duties assigned

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Organized with ability to prioritize tasks
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
