Our Addison client is looking for an energetic and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team!!
Job Description:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Answer emails and chat with efficiency
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different types of calls
Engage with field offices
Continuously monitor appointment paperwork and proactively solve issues.
Process paperwork quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
1-year of experience in a call center or similar work environment
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High energy and excellent attitude
Team environment
Organized, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
