IaaS Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage  Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)solutions using  AWS, Ansible, Python, and shell scripting (Bash/Python) .
• Contribute to  OpenStack migration efforts, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Maintain and optimize  UCS hardware , ensuring infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Administer  Linux-based systems , leveraging experience with  certified Linux environments (RHCSA, RHCE preferred) .
• Develop and deploy  automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for the  new OpenStack environment .

Must-Have Skills

• Automation & IaC Expertise – Strong experience with  AWS, Ansible, Python, and shell scripting (Bash/Python)to build infrastructure automation solutions.
• UCS Hardware Maintenance – Hands-on experience with  Cisco UCS hardware, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Linux Administration – Prior experience working in  Linux environments , preferably with  RHCSA or RHCE certification .
• OpenStack Experience – Proven experience working with  OpenStack for cloud infrastructure.

• Prior experience with  infrastructure migrations .
• Strong problem-solving skills in  cloud infrastructure management .

Compensation 
Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
