Operations Analyst Sr, Memphis

Job Summary: The Operations Analyst Sr. provides daily operational and analytical support to the department by identifying potential procedural or system/software weaknesses, assisting with daily operational support and reporting on department performance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide daily operational and analytical support in areas such as: general office accounting processes check processing, PC/LAN operation, financial monitoring of department performance/production, etc.
Identifies potential weaknesses in systems, operating procedures and financial measurements; reports issues to management; makes recommendations for issue resolution and assists in implementation to ensure successful completion.
Develops, analyzes, monitors and reports on departments key performance indicators to management; makes recommendations for systems and or process changes as needed.
Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Microsoft Office suite expertise Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
