Responsibilities Ability to read and understand architectural drawings Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written forms. Must be able to work in a team Must be able to be self-motivated Communicate with external vendors to maximize project profitability Plan and specification review Project-specific quantity take-offs Build strategic and sustainable relationships with our clients Qualifications We regard a Construction Management degree highly, but it is not a requirement. An ability and eagerness to interface directly with clients and help us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace is critical.
