Superintendents are responsible for the onsite day to day running of a project. They are the company's key representative in the field to the owner, architect, subcontractors, and suppliers. Their duties include the day to day coordination of a job site to deliver a project on time, at or under budget, and with the Guho Corp quality that has set the industry standard. A superintendent needs to possess the abilities to multitask, put their tool belt on when needed, be ready to give 110%, have innovative thoughts, and have good people skills. Three years experience of superintendent experience in the commercial construction industry and a desire to continue their education is required. Projects are in various locations, therefore, superintendents are required to have a current driver's license and some form of transportation.
