Overview: Join a roofing crew installing, repairing, and replacing tile and shingle roofing systems. Lead and train apprentices, ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on each job. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and replace tile and shingle roofing systems (underlayment, fastening, flashing, ridge/cap work, tile setting)Inspect roofs, diagnose leaks and damage, recommend repairs Prep roofs, install drip edge, perform quality checks Replace or repair flashing, vents, and roof penetrations Train and coach apprentices; communicate job progress and issues to operations manager Follow SOPs and maintain high-quality, efficient work practicesMaintain tools and equipment; follow safety protocols Requirements: 2+ years experience with tile and shingle roofing installation and repair Knowledge of flashing, underlayment, ventilation, and roof drainage Ability to work at heights safely and use roofing tools/equipment Must be able to commute to Gilbert, AZ 85233Schedule: Day shift, Mon–Fri (weekends as needed) To apply: Submit resume and brief summary of tile/shingle experience to
