Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, Gilbert

State Farm agents market only State Farm Insurance and financial service products.
Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch.
On Saturdays, the agency is open from 9AM to Noon and the team rotate who will be in office on those Saturday's.
If a Saturday is worked, then three hours off is allowed to be taken during the week.

Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License Required

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Gilbert at the NE Corner of Higley & Ray.
Our office is open M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm; Sat: 9:00am-noon.
