The primary purpose of this job is to ensure that the shift team meets QT Standards of Store Operations and ensure the store is operated according to Policies&Procedures and Training Guides. Major functions for this position include customer relations, merchandising, store appearance, business operations, and employee support. Position specifications: Education: High School Graduate or GED Experience: Retail store sales experience Skills: Pleasant disposition; patience to deal with difficult situations; self-motivated, and the ability to work unsupervised.
