Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Property/Casualty insurance license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred). Prior State Farm experience highly preferred.
