Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, inventory, and logistics support for the distribution center. This role ensures accuracy in inventory control, supports customer service and shipping activities (domestic and international), manages various administrative functions, and coordinates property and supply needs. The position serves as a key link between operations, customer service, HR, and logistics to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse and distribution activities.Core functions include: Inventory Control&Logistics Operations&Quality Support Administrative&Customer Service Support Facilities&Supply Management Financial&Recordkeeping Qualifications and requirements include: High School diploma or equivalent required. 12 years of related warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience required. Previous experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred (Manhattan ERP experience an asset). Powered industrial truck (PIT) operation experience preferred.Powered industrial truck (PIT) certification is preferred; company certified upon hire. Skills, abilities, and knowledge include: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to troubleshoot discrepancies and provide solutions.Effective verbal and written communication skills across multiple audiences. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret and follow varied instructions. Basic math and logic skills required for inventory accuracy and reporting.Physical requirements include: Work level ranges from light work (exerting up to 20 lbs occasionally) to heavy work (up to 100 lbs team lift occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, 20 lbs constantly) depending on task requirements.
