ENGLISH only - I am an American (no Spanish knowledge) gentleman of 48, living on South Beach and have been looking for someone to assist me with everyday chores - tidy up, make something to eat, bathe, massage,organize boxes and repack, and organize Compiuter files, pics, videos, etc.
I have a minor back issue and such work causes very intense sciatic pain that shoots down my whole lower right side from my back.
I also am dealing with dizziness so you'd just have to keep an eye on me while here.
Once a week for 5-8 hours per day.

I prefer a woman who doesn't mind watching my nieces 13 &15 yrs old. an hour or two every once in awhile (usually when school is out).
Free use of the house and its amenities, plus food and drink.
I am way easy to get along with and it won't even seem like work.
