The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead our hiring efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent that aligns with our culture and business objectives. You will work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Role and Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies Source candidates using multiple channels including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding support Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems accurately Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Promote Clients Blackbox brand and culture to potential candidates to attract high-quality talent Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and effectiveness Requirements Required Experience 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for marketing and digital media. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human resources best practices. Skills and Attributes Highly organized with attention to detail. Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Passion for building great teams and a positive workplace culture.
