divh2Operations Logistics Associate/h2pOur client, an AV manufacturing company, is looking for an Operations Logistics Associate for their Miami, FL location. Responsibilities include:/pulliAll warehouse material flow processes to/from dock to production/shipping via all transport conveyance methods (forklift, on foot, etc)/liliUse systems technology to input, retrieve inventory as well as parts data, and process material movements throughout the warehouse./liliAssess material needs for assigned production areas throughout the shift and pull materials using an information system to support the production schedule./liliResolve inventory errors through physical and systemic identification in conjunction with warehouse tools./liliAdhere to all warehouse safety standards PPE etc./lili5S of work area/liliDemonstrates initiative to drive results./liliUncrate critical components for our general assembly customers./liliSupport with indirect material storage to assist key stakeholders within the client network./liliCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure parts are delivered to our general assembly and base operations customers./li/ulpRequirements include:/pulliBachelors with 2 to 4 years of related industry experience or HS Degree or GED with 6 to 8 years of related industry experience/liliUser level computer knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)/liliExperience with SAP is a plus/liliGood communication skills both written and oral/liliAbility to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties on time./liliAbility to operate heavy warehouse equipment./liliAbility to lift upto 50 lbs./liliAbility to quickly problem solve and deliver on high pressure situations./liliPossess a get it done attitude and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasks./liliAbility to successfully collaborate between the warehouse and production teams and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment./liliMust comply with the Substance Abuse Policy./li/ulpWhy should you apply?:/pulliHealth benefits/liliReferral program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
