Manage the logistics of the warehouse performing the following functions. What you will be doing: Coordinate and prepare customer orders securely and accurately to prepare them for delivery or pickup. This includes organizing and loading products into containers and/or trays, dispatching orders, establishing routes, and planning delivery schedules to specific destinations.Supervise pending inventory and manage stock to control inventory levels and maintain the most precise and updated inventory information. Handle and organize all materials to minimize damage. Manage and maintain the surgical material area, organizing and maintaining clean instruments ready for use.Identify expired and/or damaged products and locate and segregate physical merchandise. Investigate customer complaints about billing, such as damaged items, shipping delays, and make the necessary adjustments. Evaluate case variations to invoice customers within the established timeframe. Answer queries about the types of services offered, rates, schedules, and service areas.Examine items to be moved to determine the approximate weight and type of packaging required. Receive and dispatch products from the warehouse daily and issue reports to maintain records. Perform routine maintenance to comply with safety standards and to keep storage areas orderly. Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.Responsible as a guard worker during holidays and weekends. Comply with company laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Pursue the organization's objectives and goals. Focus on organizational behavior to achieve measurable objectives in each accounting period. Available to answer emergency calls for order dispatch during weekends and holidays.Available to work the night shift as needed by the business. Other tasks may be assigned. What you need to succeed in this position: Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical or university institute of two years. Certifications: Valid driver's license. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar positions, preferably in the medical device industry or healthcare areas.Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Outlook, basic Excel, Word).
