We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analysis Manager to lead our Business Analysis, Design, Quality Assurance, and Data Analysis teams. This role serves as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring IT initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Business Analysts, QA/QC professionals, and Data Analysts.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to deliver successful technology solutions.
Drive process improvement initiatives and business process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE).
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
Prepare executive reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

Additional Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of progressive Business Analysis experience in technology projects.
3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Preferred Qualifications
CBAP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or other Agile-related certifications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
