Location: San Juan, PR (Hybrid modality: on-site and remote) Schedule: Full-Time Working remotely on Saturdays One weekday off Possible schedules: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary: $28,000 – $30,000 annually + fringe benefits Position Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in call handling and customer support to provide high-quality assistance to our clients. This position requires direct interaction with customers in both English and Spanish, as well as efficient use of computerized systems. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and provide timely customer assistance. Provide clear and accurate information regarding insurance products and services. Manage and update customer information efficiently within internal systems. Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with the team to ensure high service standards.

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the banking or automotive industry. Advanced knowledge of computerized systems and customer management tools. Availability to work remotely on Saturdays and fulfill a full-time schedule. Ability to work on-site during the remaining workdays. Intermediate to advanced English preferred (ability to handle calls in English). Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
