Rodrigo Planter State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing general office tasks. They play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate team members. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Provide administrative support to the office team, as needed. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.Handle general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing. Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 440-insurance license is a must. If you don't have one we will reimburse you when obtained.Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour About Our Agency
