Job Description
The Marketing Operations program manager will lead projects that optimize Global Marketing Operations excellence, influence and set priorities for the marketing team they are assigned, get results across boundaries and ensure an inclusive work environment. They will provide operations and business consulting to the teams and projects assigned in assisting and or driving operational efficiency and influence business decisions. Ensure compliance with financial, sourcing, technology, human resources, legal and other Intel corporate policies.
Responsibilities include: process analysis/design and implementation, plan and budgeting as part of plan of record (POR), coordinate group activities and cross-functional teams, meetings, and build a partnership with legal, finance, sourcing, and human resources for marketing initiatives. May be called upon to develop presentations, tracking and analyzing group indicators.
To complement our existing team, we are looking for someone who seeks challenges and is enthusiastic about finding efficient solutions to operational issues. In this role you will collaborate and partner with other Global Marketing Organization (GMO) and Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) operations managers on various projects, monitor budgets and spending, solve complex problems, make diving catches, and play an active role in hiring-related activities. In this role the Operations program manager will drive varied strategies and monitors initiatives and indicators across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and overseeing programs that span multiple areas and projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Be an active participant of the GMO Operations team and collaborate with our partners such as Finance, HR, and Legal.
  • Be an active participant in GMO process analysis and design and implementation
  • Support GMO's hiring goals through collaboration with staffing teams and hiring managers.
  • Manage large and complex group of stakeholders to align on initiatives.
  • Develop solutions to problems by exercising innovation, business acumen, judgment, and discretion
  • Assess risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals
  • Develop and maintain an expansive network with SMG, GMO and Intel for sensing issues and opportunities to influence the organization.
  • Planning and budgeting as part of plan of record (POR), with a particular emphasis on workforce planning.
  • Actively monitor spending to ensure we are within POR budget while tracking and analyzing group indicators
  • Lead GMO through the adoption of Objective and Key Results (OKR's) through consultative engagement and cross-org collaboration. This could include Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development and measurement management.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management or equivalent experience for 1-3 years.
  • 1+ years of experience working with business data and with Microsoft Office products.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
