We are looking for an experienced individual with expertise in hospitality, event coordination, marketing & client communications, who will serve as personal assistant to owners of Tinez Corp.
Providing detail oriented administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis with owners on a variety of tasks related to day to day business. This includes but is not limited to preparation for upcoming events for Tinez Farms, scheduling & managing subcontractors, building client relations with sponsors & being present at major events, networking, price comp research, enhancing logistics & facilitating owners responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, & execute events alongside owner
- Schedule & manage subcontractors
- Network, build client relationships with sponsors
- Be present at all major events, especially during high season (Fall Festival Sept-November, Christmas Festival (December), Easter Egg Hunts (April) (Mostly weekends) NOT Open on major holidays Thanksgiving, Christmas,
- Act as the point of contact between community and Tinez Corp.
- Handle requests and queries in a timely manner
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce reports, task lists, presentations & briefs
- Enhance day to day logistics, company structure, & task systems alongside owner
- Act as the representative of Tinez Corp, being on site to ensure company maximum success & reporting back to owners
- Assist owners as needed with their day to day responsibilities
Skills
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office, Square App, Eventbrite, SimpleTix App knowledge
- English & Spanish proficiency
- Outstanding organizational & time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High School degree or PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
- BA Degree in Business Administration/Marketing would be considered an advantage
Travel
Tinez Corp. is an umbrella for Tinez Farms located at 16405 SW 177 Avenue, Miami, Fl 33187 & Tinez Construction (main office) located at 4275 SW 74 Avenue, Miami, Fl 33155. Depending on the weeks schedule you will be traveling from main office to farm, additionally to construction sites with owners as needed. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
