Pay Range: $33 - $35/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

This position will support curriculum development and training for a Specialty Pharmacy, including assisting with work related to several migration projects.

Contingent will create and revise e-learnings, PowerPoints, agendas, and other materials for online and instructor-led training.

Meet with stakeholders to discuss project parameters and attend training classes.

We use a department style guide and templates and a curriculum development checklist to set expectations for performance.

This role is fast-paced with a lot of opportunity to work on a variety of training projects, learn a variety of functions and work with a variety of stakeholders within Pharmacy Services.

Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.

Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.

May assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.

Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.

Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

Key Skills; Experience creating interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline or Captivate.

Experience teaching or training adults, preferably in a corporate training environment.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership technique.

Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.

Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
