Founding Engineer - Hybrid/Remote, Florida

As a  Founding Engineer, you'll assume a hands-on role in designing, building, and maintaining the production features that power a rapidly growing DeFi trading platform. You'll be responsible for optimising developer velocity, ensuring platform reliability, and fostering a security-first culture.
Job Requirements Experience
24+ years in Product Engineer or Design roles (preferably at high-growth mobile apps or in Web3/crypto).

Product Sense
Deep knowledge of design systems and consumer behavior.

Problem-Solving Mindset
You design and develop end-to-end features that are robust, scalable, and cost-effective.

Passion for DeFi
Strong interest or experience in crypto/blockchain. You're excited to bring on-chain products to the masses.

Open to US remote but must be open to frequent travel.

Nice to Haves 24 years of experience working on consumer mobile apps, preferably financial apps.

Previous experience at a company during a rapid growth phase (e.g., startup to mid-size).

Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (e.g., Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum, etc.).

Expertise in designing and implementing robust security architectures and protocols.

Tech Stack Frontend: Flutter (iOS + Android)

Backend: Go, Postgres, Redis

Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Docker, Terraform

On-Chain: Solana (with plans to explore Base, L2s, and additional blockchains)
