Job Description

The Production Operations Producer is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics for all phases of production. This role is essential to ensure that production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and deep knowledge of production workflows.

Job Duties:

Oversee all logistical aspects of production including scheduling, crew coordination, equipment rentals, transportation, and accommodations.

Develop and manage production calendars, call sheets, and daily shoot schedules.

Coordinate with production, editorial, creative, and technical teams to ensure all logistical needs are met.

Secure permits, locations, insurance, and ensure compliance with all local regulations.

Track budgets and manage expenses related to production logistics.

Serve as the point of contact for remote local vendors, crew, and talent regarding production logistics.

Anticipate and resolve potential logistical challenges before and during production.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is handled securely and confidentially.
