Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Supervisor, Miami

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Supervisor to lead and support our Pre-Litigation team. This leadership role focuses on ensuring cases move efficiently, maintaining high-quality case management, and providing excellent client service.

The Personal Injury Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury team, ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake through the early stages of case development. This role supervises case managers and support staff, monitors case activity, and works closely with attorneys to ensure cases are organized, progressing, and handled according to firm standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Case Managers and support staff. • Conduct regular check-ins and support team development and performance. • Ensure team members follow firm policies, procedures, and productivity expectations. • Monitor personal injury files to ensure timely progress and proper case development.• Ensure case managers are completing required tasks and maintaining organized files. • Work with attorneys and team members to address case issues and ensure proper case progression. • Perform file reviews and audits to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with firm procedures. •Ensure all case activity, notes, and updates are properly documented in Clio.• Maintain consistency and quality across all pre-litigation files. • Support the team in maintaining strong communication with clients. • Assist with resolving escalated client concerns when necessary. • Ensure clients receive consistent updates regarding their case. • Track team performance and case activity.• Monitor case movement and aging files. • Provide updates to leadership regarding department performance. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency. • Assist with implementing best practices and department procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury case management (pre-litigation). • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. • Strong understanding of personal injury case handling and client communication. • Experience using Clio or similar legal case management software. •Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
