Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft; Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating with Leadership; Gives prominent greetings to customers and assists with inquiries in a courteous manner; Collaborates with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives; Supports loss prevention initiatives and other duties as assigned
