Bookkeeper
Seeking a Bookkeeper for a well-established company!
Job duties include:
Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales receipts, payments)
Maintain and update the general ledger
Prepare trial balances
Manage accounts payables and receivables, including invoicing and payment processing
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely tax filings
Produce financial reports
Reconcile bank statements to monitor cash flow
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and full cycle accounting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
