Responsibilities
Set up and operate embroidery machines for apparel and caps projects
Monitor machines for defects and adjust settings as needed
Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail in finished products
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Meet production schedules while adhering to safety and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with embroidery machines on apparel and caps
Ability to read and interpret embroidery designs
Attention to detail and manual dexterity
Good time management skills for a Monday-Saturday 9 am to 6 pm schedule
