Job Description
Experience in facilities operations performing general, preventative, and emergency maintenance of facilities and Mechanical equipment.
Hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pm
Responsibilities:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities. Employees may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.Complete work orders as prioritized by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Maintain and repair production and support equipment to as good as or better than OEM standards, always Follow all applicable safety standards and regulations.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems.
Technical knowledge and logical troubleshooting skills
Install, train, provide technical knowledge, and logical troubleshooting skills for equipment systems.
Assist in building remodeling, department renovations and equipment move and installations.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safeness of the facilities.
Keep current on all new equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures.
Complete all required Paperwork daily.
Perform preventive maintenance as required by the CMMS.
Emergency repairs can result in working outside of normal scheduled hours.
Inspect and lubricate all key equipment as per set schedules.
Assist in facility maintenance and upkeep as needed.
