A leading manufacturer of durable concrete solutions is hiring for a General Labor role at their plant in Burlington, WI. This organization specializes in providing resilient products to support infrastructure development, multifamily housing, and large-scale commercial construction projects. The position offers hands-on work in a production environment, contributing directly to the creation of essential concrete structures.

Responsibilities

Perform steel fabrication tasks

Assist with concrete placement and finishing (e.g., painting, grouting)

Set up and dismantle casting forms

Prepare beds for concrete pours

Pull and handle reinforcing strand

Handle yard organization and product placement

Load, unload, and move materials

Follow clear job instructions and established safety guidelines

Complete additional general labor tasks as required

Requirements

Experience with concrete or construction-related tools and equipment is a plus

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including:

Lifting up to 80 lbs consistently

Carrying/lifting 10–40 lbs frequently and over 40 lbs occasionally

Standing, walking, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and bending throughout the shift

Pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold

Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and in a noisy environment
