Responsibilities:
• Drive Partner performance management and accountability to meet supply chain metrics
including compiling and monitoring operational and strategic KPIs
• Participate in regular meetings and engage with Supply Planning and Material Planning
teams to ensure Partner alignment and delivery to production plans
• Gather content and prepare presentations and reports for Partner S&OP meetings and for
distribution to stakeholders.
• Support and work closely with cross functional project teams to deliver new innovations
and product extensions according to defined deliverables and timelines
• Assist with the execution of Partner supply chain management strategies and optimization
to deliver partnership value and sustainable results
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives including
digitization and automation of trackers, scorecards, and other reports
• Accountable for managing and transacting purchase orders for operational costs and
ancillary fees
• Establish collaborative and constructive internal and external relationships to drive success
and growth
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations management, or related discipline
• Ability to execute strategies that provide company with competitive advantages in the
marketplace through effective Partnership Management.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of interdependencies of overall supply chain
• Capability to liaise with external partners ensuring business continuity and risk mitigation.
• Established interpersonal and collaboration skills with key stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and implement multiple complex projects
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise
mature judgment
• Experience in process improvement efforts and/or value stream analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Broad range of computer skills—database, spreadsheet, statistics applications, and logistics
software packages such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
