Responsibilities:
Essential Duties

Supervising and coordinating daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow

Leading, training, and mentoring crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork

Ensuring all vehicles receive a high-quality wash and excellent customer service

Monitoring equipment functionality and reporting maintenance needs

Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Supporting site leadership in tracking performance and implementing operational improvements

Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction

Leading by example through hands-on work and proactive problem-solving

Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED or a college degree is preferred

1-2 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferred

Proficiency in MS-Office applications

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance tracking

Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout the shift

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally

Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements
