Data Entry Specialist, Wisconsin

This position is working onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Mon-Fri 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Sat 7 am-2 pm 30-40 hours a week. One day off during the week.Must be able to work overtime if needed.

JOB TITLE: Transaction Processor – Balancing Department

Pay Rate:$18/hr W2

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Requirements:

• Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.

• 10 KEY Typing assessment required. 10,000 keystrokes per hour minimum.

Balancing experience and working with financial instruments

High attention to detail

• Must be at least 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED.

• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Job Track Description:

Performs 10 key, cut verify and balancing procedures.

• Performs tasks based on established procedures.

Functional Knowledge

• Has basic skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems.

Responsibility Statements

• Receives, processes, and ensures document classification is completed and transmitted to clients.

• May require outbound correspondence from the client to be processed.

• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.

• Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.

• Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.

• Classifies documents based on contract requirements.

• Captures information based on client requirements.

• Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.

• Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.

• Ensures accounts balance before transmitting data

• Performs data entry on accounts with a high level of discretion

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Compliance with all policies and standards.
