Experienced Virtual Recruiting Assistant — Remote, Part-Time, Milwaukee

We are currently hiring a Virtual Recruiting Assistant to support our talent sourcing efforts.
This is a remote position focused on identifying and presenting qualified candidates for open roles.
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job boards and professional platforms
• Review resumes and match candidates to job requirements
• Communicate with selected candidates
• Submit qualified candidates for internal review
Compensation:
This position begins with a 1-week paid trial ($100 fixed payment upon successful completion).
After the trial, ongoing work will be offered on either a fixed-rate or hourly basis.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow sourcing guidelines
• Reliable internet connection
This is not a commission-only role and does not involve recruiting additional recruiters.
